Classes have not slacked off. On the contrary! I've been busier than ever with all this school crap. Group projects to manage (got a 100% on that project, too!), papers to write, and general homework to be done. I am just glad I haven't been sick again.

I did have Swine Flu. I mentioned having something in my last entry. The doctor said that since I was sick in July and it lasted longer than a week and a couple other things, it couldn't have been the normal every-year flu. The main reason: normal every-year flu wasn't in eastern Oklahoma in July!! Piggy Flu, however, was. Great thing about it is that I can't get it again this year. Getting the flu is the same as getting the vaccine. I also lost fourteen pounds, which I didn't need to do. I'm small as-is.

Now for the mushy details of the Proposal. I went to Colorado for a week in July (got sick soon after getting home) to stay with my boyfriend and his family. I got there early on Sunday morning. Monday we went 4-wheeling to some amazing places and Tuesday he had planned the same. We got close to where we were going and had to get out and hike the rest of the way. I got to play in the snow in July!! Yay, mountains!!! Anyway... I'm looking at my feet to make sure I don't slip on anything and when I look up, we're at a lake. The water is blue and clear and ice-cold and so beautiful. The rest of the mountain looms up behind it and water from a higher lake falls into it by way of a small, mossy waterfall. A rock juts out into it and we made our way over there. I'm taking pictures and drinking in all the beauty around me and then get the brilliant idea to have my picture taken. Camera changes hands, picture is taken, and I turn around. He comes up behind me and drops to one knee. I turn around and there's something shining brilliantly in the sunlight. "Honey, what are you-" "Annastazia Charity Embrey, will you marry me?" YES! Yes yes yes! Yes yes yesyesyesyesyes!!

Chainmaille Status report: I still haven't moved it. Still at the old place. Haven't had time to bring it over and I don't have anywhere to put it when I do get it.
